First Great Western is 'Worst Great Western'

Another awful night of commuting. Cancelled trains, overpacked trains, usual conductor crap (and yes, they are conductors not train managers). For goodness sake fix the railways. I am so angry right now. For four thousand pounds a year I should not be expected to consider a good journey one that leaves within 20 mins of when it should and to be stood next to a toilet.
